I have suspended my website due to the liability of being sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act for NONCOMPLIANCE

As there is no guidance available from the DOJ and no certainty of being able to comply 100% with this onerous and ambiguous law that has now expanded from my physical office to include my website, I must remove any information about my office from the internet.  

Courts are awarding attorney fees whether the plaintiff wins or loses for these lawsuits and plaintiffs can recover damages regardless of any injury or harm of any kind, likely a minimum of $4000 up to $15,000.

ANYONE accessing my website whether they desire to be a patient or not can sue me if they are unable to access some portion of my website.

 

Motivation behind looking at the websiteis Irrelevent, It is just a liability to me.

I am a small business owner in a rural community who by necessity does his own IT.

This is just another example of government regulation with dramatic real world consequences for the "little guy".
